The most prominent addition to the skyline is North Mountain, a large-scale structure designed using forced perspective to appear taller than it is. It’s located within the World of Frozen and serves as the land’s primary visual anchor. At its summit is Elsa’s Ice Palace, illuminated at night to remain visible from multiple vantage points across the park. It establishes a strong sense of place within the Arendelle setting and helps define the geography of the land.

Frozen Ever After is the centerpiece attraction of the new land. While based on versions found at other Disney parks, this iteration incorporates updated Audio-Animatronics enhanced by projection technology. These figures move with greater fluidity, and their facial expressions are synchronized with projected imagery to create more lifelike performances. The boat ride follows familiar moments from the films, guiding guests through scenes like the Valley of the Trolls and up toward the Ice Palace.

The park’s nighttime spectacular, Disney Cascade of Lights, combines aerial and aquatic technology into a single production. The show features hundreds of drones, powered by a newly developed aquatic system that moves across the lake’s surface. These elements, along with water screens, projections, and pyrotechnics, create layered visuals that unfold across both the sky and the water.

The main attraction is planned as a water-based flume ride that follows Simba’s story through key moments from the film. This marks the first time a Disney park will feature an entire land built around The Lion King.
