Eagle/Vail Regional Airport is the closest airport to Breckenridge. But it's not always the most convenient. Depending on where you're flying from, tickets may be very expensive or require pesky layovers. Most people fly into Denver International Airport instead, as it's 90 miles away from town.
Once you've landed, the most convenient way to get to Breckenridge is to rent a car and do the two-hour scenic ride along the mountains. Shuttle services that pick you up at the airport are also available.
