“I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly, customer service oriented and accommodating. My family and I arrived at the hotel early, however, our room was not ready yet. Mercedes at the front desk was very welcoming and kept us updated on when the room would be ready no matter how busy the front desk got.
The next day, Mercedes went above and beyond to help us without us even asking when my daughter wasn’t feeling well. The customer service at the hotel restaurant was great too and the rooms were clean as well. The hotel staff seems to be one step ahead with customer needs.” — Jennifer H.

“The hotel was even better than I expected with a very nice room and extremely comfortable bed. It is a small place surrounded by bigger buildings but it has phenomenal service, a gym and a restaurant with a bar. Carina was so great at welcoming us every time we walked out to go sightseeing and every time we walked back in to go to our room and the bar. She always asked how we were doing and how the day went. A hostess like that will make me always recommend this hotel over any other. Thanks for the great service and I will always keep Arlo Chicago as my go-to Hotel.” — James Z

“I was in Seattle for a conference and was fortunate enough to stay at the Hyatt Regency. The service was noticeable and the rooms were well-appointed. A small thing that I truly appreciated was the motion detector lights in the room that allowed me to get up in the night without worrying about falling. The service at check-in, the restaurant and the concierge were great. The hotel is an easy walking distance to the Pike Market and a very short walk to the monorail, which takes you directly to the Seattle Space Needle.” — AnnHBaltimore

“Loved our stay at the Delta. It was short-lived as we had an early train to catch but we have no complaints except that it took forever for the hot water to come up in the sink. We were on the ninth floor of the 12-floor hotel so maybe that had something to do with it. I loved all the seating areas in the lobby, restaurant, bar, etc. Check-out was very easy. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, like most hotels, there’s not enough light in the room but can’t take a point off for that. They’re all the same.” — RETIREMENT2015

“Forget those overpriced Midtown places, Mint House in the Financial District (FiDi) is the way to go! We were looking forward to the roomy (for NY rooms) Studio Deluxe and were delighted to be upgraded to an even bigger one with two bathrooms, one bedroom, a full kitchen (full-sized stove, dishwasher and refrigerator) stocked with equipment. Loved the stylish decor, two big tables and good lighting. Malik at the front desk helped with restaurant and movie theater recommendations, very thoughtful!” — Jay H
