Delicious Indian Buffets That Will Leave You Oh, So Satisfied

Indian food is amazing. Whoever says otherwise simply has no taste. But there is one big issue with it: choosing what to get.

How on Earth is any feeble-willed human supposed to decide between biryani, tandoori chicken, fish curry and palak paneer? To ask this of us is simply cruel. Thankfully, buffets exist to rid us of an impossible choice and let us eat everything all at once.

These are the most mouth-watering Indian buffets in the United States.

10. Masala of India Cuisine

This casual eatery has a lunch buffet that office workers in the area absolutely love. Masala of India Cuisine has been feeding the hungry in Seattle for over 20 years and continues to be a local favorite.

The menu is typical of most Indian restaurants in the U.S., with curries, paneers, and, of course, masalas. Even purists seem to be won over by the authenticity of the restaurant and the friendliness with which the staff greets every person who walks through their door.

And if you simply can’t get enough of it, you can get delivery or catering. Though, of course, those don’t come with a buffet option.

9. Little India

Location: Denver, Colorado

Open since 1998, Little India proves that quality food can help a restaurant outlast even the toughest times. Its buffet menu includes tandoori wings, biryanis, curries and more.

The establishment has been awarded the best buffet in Denver for several years. Sadly, travelers often seem to skip it while traveling through the capital of Colorado. But those in the know hold this place close to their heart, like a secret they’re reluctant to share.

Luckily for you, we think sharing is caring, especially when it comes to promoting amazing businesses. Little India is so successful that it has managed to open multiple locations throughout Denver. This means you can visit, no matter where you’re staying in the city.

8. Raaga Restaurant

Offering both Indian and Nepali cuisine, Raaga Restaurant is reliable for its quality. The restaurant is located in a suburb of Washington, D.C., and has one of the best buffet offerings around, especially because it’s offered seven days a week.

That’s right, you won’t have to worry about checking the times to see if you can make the buffet. Whether you want a cheap but filling lunch option during the workweek, or want to get yourself into a food coma on the weekend, this buffet always delivers.

If you love Northern Indian and Himalayan food, then use this as an excuse to take a little detour while in D.C.

7. Chicago Curry House

If what you want is a buffet with more options than you could ever possibly taste, Chicago Curry House is the place for you.

In fact, you’ll probably need to come back a couple of times before you’re able to taste the 20-something dishes served during the lunch buffet. And, even then, some items change from time to time.

The restaurant proves that quality and quantity are not always diametrically opposed. Here, you can get both at a bargain price. Now, that’s truly the dream combination.
