These Breakfast Spots Make the Best Egg Sandwiches in the U.S.
It sounds so simple: Egg on bread. But an egg sandwich is so much more than that.
An egg sandwich may consist of a cooked egg between two slices of bread, but it’s how the egg is cooked — scrambled, fried, boiled, you name it — as well as the addition of toppings like breakfast meats, cheeses and veggies that can make a ho-hum egg sandwich a to-die-for tasty explosion in your mouth.
Across the country, breakfast spots aim to up the egg sandwich game. Here we take a look at those who do it best.
